Redstone 3 Announced & Preview Builds are rolling out
Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16278 for PC had been released to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring only for a while now. A few days ago, Windows 10 RS3 has reached RTM (Released to Manufacture) status. While it is still early, the great news is & quite surprisingly... Microsoft somehow managed to NOT BREAK any customization features like it did in all previous platform updates!!!!

After extensive testing done by fellow themer & Virtual Customs member/moderator Shemhamforash, and also additional test done by VC member & admin Moonique, on Windows 10 RS3 1709 OS Build 16299.15 it was confirmed that all that is needed to uses themes in RS3 is the usual patching of files aaaand...... THAT'S IT!!! No, I really mean it!! THAT IS IT!!!! You can literally take any & every RS2 themes you can grab.. & put them on RS3 & just apply & use!!!! Nothing else is required....
HOLY CRAP!! Happy days are here again.. LOLZ
So for now.. sit tight & wait for RS3 to hit the mainstream & for once update without the fear of losing all your customizations....HAPPY THEMING
